The ethos behind Braska is about living consciously. We understand that not everyone can or should have to make radical adjustments for our planet to be a better place however we are all capable of small changes. We aim to source from sustainable suppliers, use recyclable packaging in an attempt to minimise our carbon footprint, and lovingly prepare your food from scratch in our kitchen. Our menu has a pan asian inspired element bringing you everything from toasties and wraps to bao buns and rice bowls.
Our coffee is made from a blend of 100% fairtrade and organic Peruvian coffee beans. We also offer a selection of plant-based milk alternatives if you want to switch up your iced latte or cappuccino. Enjoy great taste without compromising!
